Today cally picked me up so I could go to church to give my talk. Right as we were turning into the church parking lot, I looked down to see I no longer had any idea were the paper with my talk was. We had a mini panic and almost went home to turn around, but I found it inbetween the door and me seat ahaha. I think it went well, I may have talked a bit quickly though. A lot of people came up to me to welcome me back and whatever which was nice. I also got my records changed over to the YSA single adults ward so I'm going to start going to that next week. (:
today is my sister carlin's 21st birthday!
I spent the afternoon wrapping my sisters multitude of gifts from my parents and I.
I got her a hello kitty key topper and hello kitty change purse from Quebec and my parents got her earrings, a book, and a giftcard. One of her friends is also in culinary school so he baked her a cake and decorated it and everything, pretty cool excited to eat that. ;)
I also got a ballin' zebra calendar for my wall the other day. I wanna be nice and organized if that lady ever calls me to give me shifts.
I also updated my wall. I want it to be a travelling postcard wall, so I have postcards up from ottawa, vander, quebec. montreal, drumheller, and costa rica (tristan).
I am SO excited to get my hair done again ahaha, my hair has not seen a hairdresser in 6.5 months which is rediculous. Wed is also Emily's bday, and Friday if all goes well is speed dating (LOL) and a singles dance. It's St.Patricks themed and I have nothing green so we'll see how that goes. :S
